The 10-Hour Growth Diagnostic

Let's work out what is actually holding your business back — and where your next 10 growth hours are most likely to make a difference.

Step 1 — Where you want to go
What's your name?
What are you building or selling right now?
A simple answer is enough. What do people currently pay you for — or what are you trying to get them to pay you for?
If the next 6–12 months went really well, what would you want this business to be producing or making possible for you?
Be specific enough that we'd know when you had achieved it. Think revenue, clients, freedom, time, impact, lifestyle or another meaningful outcome.
Why would that matter to you personally?
What becomes possible in your life if the business actually gets there?
Step 2 — What you think is getting in the way
Right now, what do you think is the biggest thing stopping the business from moving forward?
There is no right answer. We want your instinct before we diagnose anything.
Step 3 — Where your growth time is actually going
Imagine your last 10 hours spent trying to grow the business. Where did they go?
Don't include delivering work to existing clients or essential admin. We're looking only at time spent trying to create future business.
CONTENT Posting, writing, filming, newsletters, Stories, designing or repurposing.
CONVERSATIONS Potential clients, market conversations, DMs, referrals and relationships.
CLOSE Invitations, offers, sales conversations, follow-up and asking for decisions.
OTHER Planning, courses, website changes, Canva, tools, scrolling or other growth-related activity.
Total: 0 / 10 hours
Step 4 — Let's diagnose the business
1. Have at least three people paid for your main offer at roughly the price you're asking today?
We're looking for evidence that the current version of what you sell has been bought more than once or twice.
2. If the right potential client asked what you help people with, could you explain it clearly in one simple sentence?
Not perfect wording — simply clear enough that they quickly understand the problem you help solve.
3. Are new people who didn't already know you finding your business right now?
They could find you through content, referrals, events, search, networking, partnerships or another source.
4. Are you regularly having real conversations with people who could genuinely become clients?
Not likes or comments. We mean conversations where there is enough interest and fit that working together could realistically come up.

Discuss this together:
What stands out when you compare where your time is going now with where the business appears to need it next?
Step 5 — Turn the diagnosis into a 30-day plan
Now that we can see where the business is actually stuck, what should you focus on over the next 30 days?
We've suggested a starting point based on your diagnosis. Let's edit it together so it fits your business and situation.
What evidence would tell us 30 days from now that this is working?
Think evidence rather than busyness. What would actually be different if you're moving in the right direction?
Step 6 — Decide what support makes sense
Based on what we've diagnosed today, which of these feels most accurate?
If TLE is relevant, what would you most want Danny & Brooke's help with?
We've added a suggested starting point. Make this specific to what would help you most.
